Ermineskin Junior Senior High School is centrally located on the Ermineskin Reserve in Hobbema. We are dedicated to delivering quality educational programs aligned with Alberta Education standards and curriculum in a setting in which students acquire the knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes to become responsible citizens. Plains Cree Culture and Values are integrated into this curriculum to give students the best of both worlds. Our programs are designed to meet individual needs and interests in a safe and caring environment.
The school staff consists of 42 team members who provide quality instruction of 300 students attending grades 7 through 12. We have 20 classrooms, a modern library, excellent student/teacher resources, two fully equipped computer labs, a well-equipped science lab, CTS labs, and two regulation size gymnasiums in addition to a weight room. Students are offered a wide selection of programs.
